Tiered Wholesale Pricing
Discounts are applied per model (SKU) and scale with quantity:

- Discounts are calculated on the product price and do not include shipping, duties, taxes or any customs charges.
- Discount tiers apply per SKU. If you want to order many models in small quantities each, tell us your mix and we will quote accordingly.
- For very large volumes, repeat programmes, tenders or annual supply agreements, contact us for a tailored quotation.
Minimum Order and Volume
- Wholesale pricing starts at 10 units per model.
- Mixed-model orders: the 10-unit threshold is assessed per SKU, but we can be flexible on total carton configuration — just ask.
- A minimum order value may apply to wholesale freight; your quote will confirm it.
- Sample orders are welcome before committing to volume; sample pricing and any sample credit against a later bulk order are confirmed in your quotation.
Customisation, OEM and ODM
We support buyers who need more than off-the-shelf products:
- Logo and branding: logo printing on the product body, custom packaging, instruction manuals and barcode or label requirements.
- Custom colourways and finishes: subject to factory minimums per colour.
- Specification adjustments: where feasible — for example lumen output, battery capacity, beam pattern, charging interface, mounting or accessory content — assessed by our team and the factory.
- ODM development: we can work from your concept or reference sample with our partner factories to develop a product for your market.
OEM/ODM tooling, artwork approval, sample rounds and minimum quantities are agreed case by case and confirmed in writing before production. Minimum order quantity for customised production is confirmed per project in writing.
Lead Time, Shipping and Payment
- Lead time: stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, with international transit of roughly 7–15 business days depending on destination. Customised or OEM/ODM production requires additional production time, which is confirmed in the quotation. Large volume orders may be arranged by air or sea freight.
- Shipping terms: quoted per order based on volume, weight and destination. Air freight, express and sea freight options can be presented, and trade terms can be discussed case by case.
- Payment terms: negotiable, and confirmed in writing with your quotation. Standard practice for larger orders may involve a deposit with the balance due before shipment. Payment methods and any applicable terms are agreed before production begins.
- Documents: we provide commercial invoices and standard export documentation. If your market requires specific certificates or test reports, tell us at quotation stage so we can confirm what is available for the model concerned.
- Duties and taxes: import duties, VAT/GST and clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
